Rates are priced in euro, per room per night with taxes and service included.
Credit card details are required for booking your reservation, although payment will not be taken until the end of you stay.
Unfortunatly, hotel Genesio is unable to cater for guests with walking difficulties.
Hours
Check-in is from 12:00 hours. If you arrive before this time it is still possible to leave your luggage.
Check-out is 11:00am
The reception is open 24 hours a day.
Breakfast is included and is served from 08:00am to 10:30am
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be received in writing by email at info@hotelgenesio.it
or by fax +39 055 473118.
Any cancellation or change must be made within 48 hours prior to the date of arrival.
Any cancellations within the 48 hour period will incur a charge for 1 night's accommodation.
For reservations of 6 nights or more and/or 3 or more rooms are applied to the following terms:
Cancellations or changes must be made 14 days before the date of arrival.
Within this period a 50% fee will apply.
Cancellations or changes made 7 days before the date of arrival will incur a charge for the full amount of the reservation.
Children and extra beds
Children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots or bedding.
The cot must be requested at time of booking.
Extra beds have an additional fee which varies depending on the season and special offers when booking.
Pets
Pets are admitted free of charge, providing they are not left alone in the room and do not disturb the other guests.
Parking facilities
San Zanobi Garage: private garage located about 50 meters (via San Zanobi No. 29r).
Daily rates from € 25.00
Alternatively there are public car parks close to the hotel which are open all year round 24 hours a day at a cost of € 18.00 per day or € 65.00 per week .
Both garages are located approximately 15 minutes walk away.

The hotel is located in the ZTL area, access is allowed only to reach the hotel or garages, but once you have checked in at the hotel we will neutralize the car plate to get regulated access to the ZTL areas.
